HE IS - I AM : LIVING OUT OF MY IDENTITY IN CHRIST!
He is Holy — I belong exclusively to Him!
But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.

Reflection:
Ok its Valentines Day, so let’s say in some funky way today God is reminding us of the fact that He was the first to say, “Be mine!”
This heart of the Father is revealed in John chapter 1:
10 He came into the very world he created, but the world didn’t recognize him. 11 He came to his own people, and even they rejected him. 12 But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.
13 They are reborn—not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God. (my emphasis)
14 So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son
The need to be “reborn” is given expression in the Nicodemus story when Jesus insists upon the necessity of being “born from above”(jn3:&). Who else do we know came from above… you guessed it, Jesus (jn8:23). What was truth for Jesus, is true for us when Mary asks Gabriel, “how can this be…?”
The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God. Luke1:35
Believe it or not its God’s choice that allows you to say yes to the call of Jesus. And when you do say yes and believe, you are born from above. Just “like” Jesus, you become a child of God, adopted (Eph1:5). And just like Jesus, because of God’s choice, you become “pure, blameless and without fault”. In other words, “HOLY”-completely HIS. Read it and rejoice:
21 This includes you who were once far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions. 22 Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault. 23 But you must continue to believe this truth and stand firmly in it. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News Colossians 1:21-22 WOW!!!!
