We believe children are destined for great things NOW. Our goal is to see them become confident, connected and powerful in God's love. Our kids practice vital spiritual skills such as hearing God's voice, soaking in God's Presence and praying for each other on a weekly basis.
We gather children 6 months - Grade 8 on Sundays after opening worship of the 10:30 am gathering.
Our community of passionate worshipers have a heart to GATHER people, HOST God's presence and CELEBRATE his goodness.
We desire to see people encounter the presence of Jesus and have their lives transformed by his love.
Our team is dynamic, ever growing and always open to new people who want to join us in this journey of loving God.
God is doing significant works that we believe are worth highlighting and sharing. Between soundboards, computers, iPhones, iPads and a whole whack of cables, the tech team uses clever and innovative ways to create powerful experiences that draw the community towards God.
We are always looking for ways to develop and build our team. Please contact us if you are interested in serving.
There is no junior Holy Spirit! This group of Grade 6-8 students helps the youth of our community encounter God in a fun, yet real way.
Worship, teaching, games, and food are the main elements of every gathering, but you never know what else we might have included!
Junior youth meets weekly on Tuesdays at Community Christian School in Drayton (35 High Street) from 7:15pm - 9:00pm
DEN: SR. YOUTH
It is our hope to empower the youth of today to become the leaders and world changers of tomorrow! We want to emboldened them to become confident in their identities, in building relationships, and in pursuing the future God has for them. Our goal is to provide youth church Sunday mornings where we can worship and teach about topics that are on God's heart to share with the high school age group. Later in the evening on Sunday, we will meet with the youth again. It is our desire that these meetings will provide the youth with time to discuss the lesson, pray and prophesy with each other, and share about their triumphs and struggles. Our goal is to provide a community of support and mentor-ship for the youth, so that we enable them to carry the presence of God and create community for themselves wherever they go.

We do family! And with that, we offer a number of midweek small groups for the purpose of learning more about our walk with Christ through worship, study and prayer ministry.
Our groups are a safe place and confidentiality is stressed.
Each group focuses on practical and spiritual topics like stewardship, identity, relationships and everything in between

Communications & Hospitality
Whether it’s by weekly email, the quarterly “Selah Fire Wire” newsletter or the web page, the communication team loves to share “What’s Happening” at Selah Fire. This team seeks opportunities to improve and better serve the community and activity of God within the ministry.
We are a group of servant-hearted people that steadily work behind the scenes throughout the week and on weekends.
Anyone with questions or seeking information can contact Patty and she will connect you to the right people. Patty can be found Sunday mornings near the Connection Table at the back of the church.
It is our passion to see every believer receive the kind of training that will help them confidently and powerfully take the Great Commission, Compassion and Community of Jesus Christ into the home and abroad.
These short-term trips have catalyzed spiritual impact and transformation in the lives of our team members and the communities they serve. Each trip focuses on 5 main areas: Hearing God's voice, sharing our faith, developing meaningful relationships, meeting felt needs and learning to debrief our mission experience with other believers.
Our Mission Team to Peru leaves February 14, 2018. They will be ministering to families in Pacasmayo, Peru along with Pastors Auden and Wendy who we connected with on our first mission to Peru in 2006.

I believe intercession is to know what the Father is doing and then to come along side of Him in agreement. As we spend time with God and soak in His presence we enter into the place of rest where the heavens open up and God reveals visions and kingdom knowledge of what is going on around us in the natural and in the spiritual. As intercessors it is our role to impart God's perspective in what we have heard and seen to our leaders and to our church family. Then we get to watch His amazing works unfold on earth as we partner with His will. In this way we get to partner with God to bring Heaven to earth!
Selah Centre Co-ordinator
The Selah Centre is our church Family's weekday home! It is a wonderful space overflowing with Holy Spirit presence, and it is where many of our teachings and small groups are hosted. When the "Selah Centre" was just a possible opportunity for the church to pray on, my spirit leapt with excitement at the possibilities! There are many people with a hunger for "more", who don't know Jesus or perhaps have been hurt or scared off by organized religion; and I believe that through the Selah Centre, God will better be able to meet with those individuals through the welcoming embrace of our volunteers, over something as simple as a coffee and a chat.
As the coordinator, I manage the schedule of the center which includes organizing our prayer teams to volunteer during our open-door times as well as Sunday morning services. I couldn't serve in this role without the amazing team of volunteers who not only volunteer their time for prayer, but who also help care for and clean our space each week!
If you have any testimonies about how Holy Spirit has partnered with you through prayer and is moving in your life, I would love to hear about it! So please don't hesitate to contact me!
